PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift control structure for a transmission capable of improving shift feeling in either of switching from an interlocking state to a non-interlocking state and switching from the non-interlocking state to the interlocking state.SOLUTION: A shift control structure 1 for a transmission T includes a transmission mechanism 2 for switching a rotating body connected to a shift fork and the other rotating body to either one of an interlocking state and a non-interlocking state by positions of the shift forks 4a and 4b displaced in accordance with shift power, and a first detent mechanism 7 and a second detent mechanism 8 for locking a part of the transmission mechanism. First suppressing force to suppress deformation to the axial direction of the transmission mechanism is applied by the first detent mechanism in switching from the non-interlocking state to the interlocking state, and second suppressing force to suppress deformation to the axial direction of the transmission mechanism is applied by the second detent mechanism in switching from the interlocking state to the non-interlocking state. |
