PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forging die device which can prevent an adverse effect to a punch caused by an unnecessary variation of an upper board of a press machine, and can stably manufacture a forged product which is small in an error of concentricity and ultra-high in accuracy.SOLUTION: A forging die device comprises a punch holder 1 which is arranged at an upper board 8 side of a press machine, and holds an upper part 10e of a punch 10, and the punch holder 1 comprises a seat member 15 having a pressure receiving face 15a for receiving a lower pressing force from the upper board 8, and having a recessed spherical plane part 15d which is recessed to a lower face 15b side, and an alignment member 16 having a protrusive spherical part 16d which slide-contacts with the recessed spherical part 15d, and having a lower end face 16b which slide-contacts with an upper end face 10a of the punch 10. The forging die device also comprises oil supply means 7 for supplying lubricants J to a spherical slide-contact part 71 between the protrusive spherical part 16d and the recessed spherical plane part 15d, and to a plane slide-contact part 72 between the upper end face 10a and the lower end face 16b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
