PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management system capable of successively preparing components in each defined component when ordering components mainly for quasi mass-produced products.SOLUTION: A production management system includes: a cell design system apparatus 110 including a forecast assignment information management part 111 which, when a customer production number of a customer whose order acceptance is defined, a model code and a total production number linked to the model code are inputted when ordering option components after defining order acceptance of products, outputs an assignment request of components to be ordered by the customer production number; and a forecast management apparatus 10, which when the assignment request is received, generates a second model code production number for a total production number to be linked to the model code, links the generated second model code production number to the customer production number and registers the linked result in an information recording part 50 of a forecast system, and if a first model code production number and a second model code production number of ordered common components are the same when an advance notice to order acceptance of products is given, links the customer production number to the first model code production number. |
