PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a through hole for discharging or returning air which has passed an air layer between double sashes of an inner sash and an outer sash, on an aspect face of a sash frame around an opening of a wall panel even in the case where the frame is a solid cross section of precast concrete or the like, when the double sashes are accommodated in the opening and air is ventilated via the air layer for the unit of a wall panel.SOLUTION: An opening 3 of a wall panel 1 is divided into an inner opening 31 and an outer opening 32 having elevation shapes being different from each other in a thickness direction of a frame 2, and an inner sash 4 and an outer sash 5 having different dimensions are accommodated in the inner opening 31 and the outer opening 32, respectively. An intermediate part aspect face 21c is formed at a position facing an air layer 6 between the double sashes 4, 5 at a side opposed to the aspect face having a wide aspect width, between an indoor-side aspect face 21a directing indoors and an outdoor-side aspect face 21b directing outdoors in at least any frame part of an upper frame part 21, a lower frame part 22 and longitudinal frame parts 23, 23 constituting the frame 2. |
