Disclosed is a dispensing device, comprising a cover part and a housing part, wherein the housing part comprises a rear wall and two side walls, and the dispensing device in the inside of the housing part has at least one opening arm, wherein the at least one opening arm comprises a bottom end, a top end and a shaft, and the at least one opening arm is associated with one of the two side walls, and the shaft of the at least one opening arm is arranged substantially parallel to one of the two side walls in a lower holding position which is associated with a closed cover part, and the at least one opening arm can be guided by at least one guide shaft in such a way that the at least one opening arm can be transferred to a top holding position which is associated with an opened cover part. |
