PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green tire molding apparatus capable of improving uniformity of a tire by matching timing of enlargement of diameters of beadlock rings at both sides in an axial direction.SOLUTION: Beadlock means includes: a piston part for moving in an axial direction, in a cylinder chamber formed in a drum; and a beadlock ring of which a diameter is enlarged/reduced, interlocking with the movement of the piston part. The beadlock ring is moved by high pressure air supplied into/discharged from the cylinder chamber through a beadlock supply/discharge flow path. The beadlock supply/discharge flow path includes: an in-shaft beadlock flow path part passing through the inside of a drum center shaft part; a first in-drum beadlock flow path part connected to the in-shaft beadlock flow path part, and passing through the inside of the drum; a second in-drum beadlock flow path part connected to the cylinder chamber, and passing through the inside of the drum; and a beadlock bypass flow path for connecting the other ends of the first and second in-drum beadlock flow path parts to each other, through the outside of the drum. The beadlock bypass flow path is provided with a speed controller for adjusting inflow speed of the high pressure air into the cylinder chamber of the beadlock means. |
