PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an electric apparatus to start operation with power use, even when communication with a management device for managing the power use is disconnected.SOLUTION: An electric apparatus comprises: a request transmission unit for transmitting a request to permit power use to a management device through a communication unit; a first permission unit for permitting an operation unit to start operation using power according to received permission, when receiving the permission from the management device through the communication unit; and a second permission unit for permitting the operation unit to start operation during a period in which the electric apparatus possesses a right to manage power use, when predetermined time has passed after a state of not receiving predetermined notification from the management device starts. |
