PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deposit from attaching to a nozzle tip, to prevent those attached if by any chance from dropping in a product, and to prevent the accuracy of a liquid supply amount from deteriorating, in the supply of a liquid having low viscosity and including the components easy to deposit.SOLUTION: A nozzle 50 with attachment removal mechanism is provided with: a cylindrical nozzle 1, on a tip of which a resin 11 having favorable attachment-peeling performance is coated; an attachment removal mechanism 20 for removing deposit 10 adhered to a periphery of the tip of the nozzle 1; and a drive actuator 21 and guide 23 capable of vertically moving the mechanism 20 for removing the deposit 10 attached to the periphery of the nozzle 1. Further, a clearance 32 for blowing out the air along the outer peripheral face of the nozzle 1 is formed on an edge face on the side of the discharge direction of liquid 6, of the mechanism 20. |
