PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for protecting user's privacy by performing image processing of a portion within an image to which the image processing set by the user is performed with respect to a photographed image.SOLUTION: A user (a person to be monitored) optionally sets a portion to which an image processing of a monitored image is performed and an image processing method. Image processing is performed on the set portion with respect to the monitor image acquired with a user terminal with the set image processing method and display is performed on an administrator's terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
