A composition characterized by comprising a modified polytetrafluoroethylene (A) that has a cylinder extrusion pressure of 80 MPa or less at a reduction ratio of 1600 and a low-molecular-weight polytetrafluoroethylene (B) that is incapable of being fibrillated. |
