PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a conventional air flow meter, a sub flow passage mounting a flow rate-measuring element and a space part mounting a humidity measuring element communicate via a communication passage, a distance from an intake passage which is a main passage, to the space part becomes long, and humidity responsiveness of a humidity sensor deteriorates.SOLUTION: A humidity measuring element 33 of a humidity sensor 7 which is mounted so as to be exposed in an intake passage of a duct in such a manner that it is attached to an outer part of a sensor housing (flange) of an air flow meter is mounted so as to be exposed in a bypass flow passage 32 of a sensor case 35 of the humidity sensor 7. Then, at a lower end surface of the sensor case 35, a rectangular-shaped communication port 37 communicating the intake passage and the bypass flow passage 32 is formed. The communication port 37 opens toward a direction which does not receive a dynamic pressure of main flow air (intake air) flowing in the intake passage. Or it is arranged downward in a substantially vertical direction of the sensor case 35. |
