PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay communication device of a communication system, a display medium of a communication system, and a communication system that can be operated at low costs and by which communication can be established irrespective of material of an attachment space.SOLUTION: In a relay communication device 30 of an advertisement system 1, when a user holds an information terminal 20 over the relay communication device 30, a terminal loop antenna 21 and a relay loop antenna 31 transmit signals by an electromagnetic induction method; a pair of conductive plate 42A and 42B of a poster 40 and a pair of conductive members transmit signals by an electrostatic coupling method; and a terminal control unit 24 establishes communication between a poster IC chip 41 and a relay IC chip 33. |
