PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven fabric for dust-free clothing excellent in low dust producing properties and antistatic properties and having a soft feeling, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The woven fabric 1 includes a polyester filament and a conductive filament as constituent fibers, and a polymer is formed on the surface of the constituent fibers by reacting a bi-functional unsaturated carboxylic ester including a polyalkylene glycol. By satisfying the following requirements (1) to (3), it is possible to produce a woven fabric for dust-free clothing: (1) the frictional electrification voltage according to JIS-L-1094 in an environment of 20°C and 40%RH is 1000 V or lower; (2) the dusting amount of dust having a particle size of 0.3 μm or more according to JIS-B9923 (tumbling method) is 50/ft100 cmor less; and (3) the bending characteristics B according to the KES method is 0.1 gf cm/cm or less. |
