PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety in a getting-in-and-out chamber by performing an operation after a person more surely leaves the getting-in-and-out chamber.SOLUTION: A mechanical parking device includes a getting-in-and-out chamber 20 in which a vehicle 12 is placed on a pallet 16 to be conveyed to a storage, and a driver of the vehicle 12 is able to get in and out of the vehicle 12. Then, the mechanical parking device includes: a plurality of cameras 82A and 82B which image the inside of the getting-in-and-out chamber 20; a monitor installed in a control board 22 disposed at the outside of the getting-in-and-out chamber 20, which displays an image captured by the cameras 82A and 82B; and a confirmation button installed in the control board 22 disposed at the outside of the getting-in-and-out chamber 20, to which the execution state of safety conformation by a person is input. Then, the input to the confirmation button is performed, and after a person leaves the getting-in-and-out chamber 20, the conveyance of the pallet 16 is executed. |
