PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a temperature difference between predetermined places within a house fall into an allowable range.SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 11 is used for measuring an air temperature in a bedroom, and the measurement result is transmitted to a system controller 10. A temperature sensor 13 (15) is used for measuring an air temperature in a corridor (within toilet), and the measurement result is transmitted to the system controller 10. The system controller 10 determines the necessity of control of the air temperature between the bedroom and corridor (toilet) on the basis of the measurement result of the temperature sensor 11 and the measurement result of the temperature sensor 13 (15) predetermined time before start of an estimated time when a user moves from inside of the bedroom to the corridor (inside of the toilet). Immediately when determining the necessity of the control, the system controller 10 makes an air supply fan 12 supply the air within bedroom to inside of a duct in the ceiling and makes an air exhaust fan 14 (16) discharge the air sent from the bedroom via the duct to the corridor (inside of the toilet). |
