The sheet has a connecting ridge between two spring tabs (3a, 3b) that bent out of a plane of the sheet. A component (11) exercises a force on the tips of the tabs when a counter-force is exercised on the sheet. The spring tabs are arranged and formed such that bending moments generated by each of the spring tabs are removed, when a force acts on the tips of the tabs in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the sheet. An independent claim is also included for an electrochemical battery, comprising spring contact sheet arranged between two battery components.
