PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a new connection structure between rotary elements capable of compactly integrating a change gear, a driving source, and a differential mechanism while simplifying the structure of an oil pressure supply oil passage to each clutch in a horizontal-state multistage automatic transmission.SOLUTION: A horizontal-state automatic transmission 10 comprises: an input axis 12; an output gear 13, single pinion type first to fourth gear sets PG1 to PG4; first to third clutches CL1 to CL3; and first and second brakes BR1 and BR2. The first and second gear sets are arranged on one end side of the third and fourth gear sets in an axial direction. The axial other end of an external shared rotary member 14 shared among the first to third clutches is continuously connected to a third sun gear. Each internal rotary member is continuously connected to any of rotary elements of the input axis or the first and second gear sets, and in an axial direction, the second brake BR2 and the output gear 13 are arranged sequentially from the driving source nearest side in this order. |
