a rigid plate comprising a base, two outer prongs, and an inner prong; at least one electromagnet formed over said inner prong; a protection circuit associated with said electromagnet wherein said protection circuit further comprises at least three resistors and a Zener diode arranged in parallel; and an exciter circuit configured to induce a current in said electromagnet in order to cause vibration of said exciter.
