1. A bicycle rim brake comprising:
a first brake arm configured to pivot about a first pivot axis and including
a first mounting portion to which a first friction member is to be mounted, and
a first follower arranged apart from the first mounting portion; a second brake arm configured to pivot about a second pivot axis which is different from the first pivot axis and including
a second mounting portion to which a second friction member is to be mounted, and
a second follower arranged apart from the second mounting portion; and a pivotal cam member configured to pivot about a third pivot axis which is different from the first pivot axis and the second pivot axis to guide both the first follower and the second follower so that the first brake arm pivots about the first pivot axis and the second brake arm pivots about the second pivot axis, wherein the pivotal cam member includes
a first cam surface configured to guide the first follower, anda second cam surface configured to guide the second follower, and wherein the first cam surface is provided on an opposite side of the second cam surface relative to the third pivot axis. |
