A communication control system of the present invention includes a mobile station concentration prediction unit (10) that predicts an area where a plurality of mobile stations (31) to (34) will be densely concentrated by movement of the plurality of mobile stations (31) to (34), and a communication timing control unit (20) that determines a mobile station to be a communication timing controlled target out of the plurality of mobile stations (31) to (34) predicted to be densely concentrated in the area, and controls the communication timing of the determined mobile station.

A communication control system comprising: a mobile station concentration prediction unit that predicts an area where a plurality of mobile stations will be densely concentrated by movement of the plurality of mobile stations; and a communication timing control unit that determines a mobile station to be a communication timing controlled target out of the plurality of mobile stations predicted to be densely concentrated in the area, and controlling communication timing of the determined mobile station, wherein: the plurality of mobile stations includes a machine terminal that autonomously performs communication without requiring a user's operation, and a non-machine terminal that performs communication based on operation information input by the user, andthe communication timing control unit controls communication timing of the machine terminal and reduces a number of times of the machine terminal being connected to a base station for performing communication.
