at least two metal conductor wires; and a coating that is made of a transparent or translucent material, covers the at least two metal conductor wires in a state of being arranged in parallel at an interval, and is shaped in a manner that a bottom surface existing along a direction substantially parallel to a direction between the at least two metal conductor wires is a plane and an upper surface is a curved surface with a convex cross section, and two side surfaces existing along a direction perpendicular to the direction between the at least two metal wires are planes that extend from the bottom surface to the upper surface, wherein radii of curvatures of two parts of the upper surface in contact with the plane side surfaces are smaller than a radius of a curvature of the curved surface of the upper surface between the two parts of the upper surface in contact with the side surfaces.
