摘要 In a semiconductor device in accordance with one embodiment, a memory access control unit counts the number of addresses accessed by burst access to each address included in an address set of an external memory that is going to be accessed. When the number of addresses is larger than a reference value, the memory access control unit performs burst access to the address, and when the number of addresses is smaller than the reference value, the memory access control unit performs random access to the address.
