A movable core (40) is provided so that the movable core (40) can move relative to a needle body (31) and come into contact with a contact surface (34) which is the surface of a flange (33), which faces a valve seat. A stationary core (50) is provided on the opposite side of the movable core (40) from the valve seat. A spring (71) can press a needle (30) and the movable core (40) toward the valve seat. Conducting electricity to a coil (72) can move the needle (30) to the side opposite the valve seat. A spring seat section (81) is formed annularly and is provided on the outside radially of the needle body (31) at a position closer to the valve seat than the movable core (40). A spring (73) is provided between the movable core (40) and the spring seat section (81) and can press the movable core (40) toward the stationary core (50). A guide section (90) is provided on the inner side of the housing (20) at a position closer to the valve seat than the movable core (40). The inner wall of the guide section (90) slides on the outer wall of the spring seat section (81) and can guide the reciprocation of the needle (30).
