An upgrading method based on a FUMO protocol comprises: a server expands standard FUMO nodes, and generates FUMO expanding nodes having one-to-one correspondence to information of multiple upgrade packages; the server sends, according to a request of a terminal, the information of multiple upgrade packages to the terminal by means of the expanded standard FUMO nodes and the FUMO expanding nodes; the terminal downloads, according to the received information of multiple upgrade packages, an upgrade package selected by a user for upgrading. The solution can resolve the problem in the related art that only one upgrade package can be found during session in the process of upgrading based on a FUMO protocol. |
