Disclosed is a massage rod, comprising a handle (10) and a massage head assembly (20). The handle (10) comprises a handle body (11) and a cover body (12), wherein the handle body (11) is internally provided with a power assembly (13). A first gear (14) is provided at an output end of the power assembly (13), and a second gear (15) meshed with the first gear (14) is provided in the direction of the cover body (12). A massage head shaft (30) is provided at the tail end of a rotating shaft (151) of the second gear, the massage head assembly (20) is provided on the massage head shaft (30), and the cover body (12) is internally provided with a limiting structure. When the power assembly (13) drives the first gear (14) to rotate, and the first gear (14) drives the second gear (15) to rotate, the rotating shaft (151) of the second gear drives the massage head assembly (20) to move; and by means of the limiting structure, the massage head assembly's (20) head shakes and it performs massage actions along with the rotating shaft (151), thereby achieving a comfortable massage mode, a higher press frequency and a better massage effect. |
