The present invention provides an image processing apparatus used in an image processing system which includes a storage unit configured to store print data received from an external apparatus and associated with an input user, a display unit configured to display information to an operation user, and an authentication unit configured to authenticate the operation user, the image processing apparatus comprising a control unit configured to execute processing to cause the display unit to display, in a case where print data associated with an authenticated user has been stored in the storage unit, a list of the print data associated with the authenticated user, and processing to cause the display unit to display, in a case where print data associated with a user different from the authenticated user has been stored in the storage unit, information related to the different user.

An image processing apparatus used in an image processing system which includes a storage unit configured to store print data received from an external apparatus, the storage unit capable of storing print data associated with an input user, a display unit configured to display information to an operation user, and an authentication unit configured to authenticate the operation user as the input user, the image processing apparatus comprising:
a control unit configured to perform control processing based on a program and including at least one memory which stores the program and at least one processor which executes the program, wherein the control unit is configured to execute processing to cause the display unit to display, in a case where print data associated with a user authenticated by the authentication unit has been stored in the storage unit, a list of the print data associated with the authenticated user out of print data stored in the storage unit, and processing to cause the display unit to display, in a case where print data associated with a user different from the user authenticated by the authentication unit has been stored in the storage unit, information related to the different user.
