An array substrate and a display device. The array substrate comprises a data line (3) and a flat layer (1) located above the data line (3). In a non-display area of the array substrate, the flat layer (1) is formed having groove that accommodates a sealant, a colour resistance layer (8) covering the data line (3) is formed in the groove, and the surface of the colour resistance layer (8) is lower than the surface of the flat layer (1), so as to solve the technical problem of poor display that may be caused by residual transparent conductive material (2) in the groove. |
