MEMORY ACCESS METHOD, APPARATUS AND SYSTEM

A memory access method, apparatus and system, which relate to the technical field of computers and are used to reasonably use a storage space of a local memory device, thereby improving the whole performance of the system. The method is applied to a system including a local memory device and a remote memory device. The method comprises: receiving a memory access request carrying address information about a memory region to be accessed (S301); determining the memory region to be accessed, which is indicated by the address information (S302); when the memory region to be accessed is in a local memory, accessing the memory region to be accessed according to the memory access request, wherein the local memory device comprises the local memory and a remote cache; and when the memory region to be accessed is in a remote memory device and the remote cache includes a cache block corresponding to the memory region to be accessed, accessing the cache block according to the memory access request (S303).
