Disclosed is a time conversion method, comprising: saving current count values of a first mode timer and a second mode timer within a preset period; obtaining a starting count value of the first mode timer at an idle time starting time point of the first mode; determining a target count value of the second mode timer at the idle time starting time point of the first mode according to the current count values of the first mode timer and the second mode timer and the starting count value; and generating a mode conversion command when the second mode timer records the target count value. Also disclosed are a terminal and a storage medium.
