Disclosed are a data processing method and apparatus, and a communication system. The method comprises: monitoring a data recovery request sent by a user terminal; and when the data recovery request is detected, recovering data of a device corresponding to the data recovery request using backup data. Using the solution, when data recovery of a device, for example, a router, is required, the data of the device can be recovered only by sending a data recovery request by a user terminal, thus resolving the problem in the related art of incapability of quickly recovering data of a data forwarding device when the data is lost. |
