The present invention addresses the problem of providing an actuator that has improved performance. Provided, as a means for solving the above-described problem, is a conductive thin film which is configured from a polymer gel containing a polyaniline (PANI), carbon nanohorns (CNH), carbon nanotubes (CNT), an ionic liquid and a polymer, and wherein the mass of the polyaniline is 10-50%, the mass of the carbon nanohorns is 10-50% and the mass of the carbon nanotubes is 1-50% when the total mass of the polyaniline, the carbon nanohorns and the carbon nanotubes is taken as 100%. |
