Embodiments of the present invention provide an audio/video playing device, which is coupled with a main signal source, an audio system, and a display screen. The audio/video playing device comprises a processor and a video format converting bridge, wherein the processor is used to receive an audio/video signal from the main signal source and/or an audio signal inputted from an external signal source via the video format converting bridge, and transmit the audio signals to the audio system and the video signal to the video format converting bridge, so that after the video format converting bridge receives the video signal and converts the data format thereof, the video signal can be provided to the display screen for playing, thereby enabling the audio/video playing device to have both the functions of displaying high-definition images and being applicable to implementation of large software, and thus improving user experience and usage intention. |
