Provided are a diagnosis and treatment assistance device, diagnosis and treatment assistance method, diagnosis and treatment assistance program, and biological information measurement device which are capable of outputting information which is helpful in diagnosis and treatment and thereby assisting in diagnosis and treatment. The biological information measurement device 100 is provided with: a data acquisition unit 11 for acquiring data for analysis in which biological information obtained by measuring a subject to be measured is associated with position information about the subject to be measured during the measurement of the biological information; an index generation unit 12 for generating a numerical index for determining the bodily state of the subject to be measured, for each of a plurality of pieces of site information previously registered, on the basis of biological information associated with position information belonging to each of the plurality of pieces of site information, of the position information contained in the data for analysis; and an output unit 13 for performing outputting on the basis of the numerical index generated for each of the plurality of pieces of site information.
