PURPOSE:To provide an oscillation gyro excellent in sensitivity characteristics and producing stabilized oscillation by enhancing the mechanical strength of supporting members against external oscillation. CONSTITUTION:The oscillation gyro 10 comprises a right triangular prism oscillator 12. Piezoelectric elements 14a, 14b, 14c are bonded to the side faces of the oscillator 12. Supporting plate members 22a, 22b are fixed to the oscillator 12 in the vicinity of nodes thereof. |
