A spinal implant surgery tool 1 is provided with a body part 2 having formed therein a set screw passage 10a through which a set screw passes, and a joining part 20 that joins one end side of the body part 2 with a housing 55. In a state in which the body part 2 is joined with the housing 55 by the engagement part 20, a tool-side female screw 15, into which the set screw is screwed and of which the phase is identical to the phase of a bone screw-side female screw 58, is formed at a portion on the one end side of the body part 2 in the set screw passage 10a.
