Operating method of a refrigeration device, wherein, when a first storage compartment is cooled to a shutdown temperature of the first storage compartment and a temperature of a second storage compartment is lower than a turn-on temperature of the second storage compartment, determining whether to continue running a compressor in order to cool the second storage compartment, which helps to reduce a probability of frequently turning on and shutting down the compressor in a short time, thereby helping to reduce power consumption, prolonging a service life, and reduce noise of the refrigeration device.
