Provided is a preparation method for olfactory ensheathing cells. The method comprises the steps of preparation of a cell culture medium, tissue sampling and pretreatment, enzymatic digestion, cell culture, frozen preservation, and differentiation culture. Prepared olfactory ensheathing cells can keep multiplication capacity for a long time, and the olfactory ensheathing cells are still active during passage to the 11th generation. |
