Embodiments herein are generally directed to spinal implants, systems, apparatuses, and components thereof that can be used in spinal fusion and/or stabilization procedures, as well as methods of installation. The spinal implants may be expandable. In some embodiments, the spinal implants may be configured to be backfilled with bone graft material after insertion.

1. An expandable fusion system comprising an expandable spinal implant, comprising:
a body member comprising a first end section, a second end section, and a cavity therebetween, the first end section comprising a first bore and the second end section comprising a second bore; a driving member comprising a tapered section; a first endplate configured to engage the body member and the driving member; a second endplate configured to engage the body member and the driving member; and an actuator assembly comprising an actuation screw, the actuation screw comprising a head and a threaded body, wherein the head is configured to be completely contained between the first endplate and the second endplate.
