The invention provides a method for preparing lithium iron phosphate cathode slurry for a lithium battery. Components of the slurry are evenly dispersed within a short period of time by means of steps of powder dispersion, high-viscosity stirring, low-viscosity stirring, viscosity testing, vacuum defoaming, or the like. The prepared slurry has good evenness and stability. Meanwhile, the adhesion of the prepared polar plates of the battery is improved, and therefore, the consistency and electrochemical performance of the battery are improved. The present invention has advantages such as short preparation time, small equipment abrasion, low energy consumption in production, and good dispersion effect. The lithium battery prepared from the lithium iron phosphate cathode slurry for a lithium battery provided in the present invention has low internal resistance, high energy density, good cycling performance, long service life, and is not easy to generate heat. |
