A CPU card prepaid time-sharing electric energy meter system, comprising a CPU card prepaid electric energy meter (1), a CPU card (2), a CPU card key management system, a CPU card electricity sales point business system (3), a CPU card electricity utilization business management system (4) and a handheld computer (5). The CPU card prepaid electric energy meter (1) measures electric energy, receives data in the CPU card (2), and writes the data back to the CPU card (2); the CPU card key management system allocates and manages a key in the CPU card (2); the CPU card electricity sales point business system (3) completes the writing of the data into the CPU card (2); the CPU card electricity utilization business management system (4) runs in the CPU card electricity sales point business system (3), and processes and records obtained electric charge and management information; and the handheld computer (5) calibrates time and copies the data. The CPU card prepaid electric energy meter (1) performs electricity purchasing amount decreasing processing, and automatically cuts off user load electricity utilization when the remaining amount is zero. The system can adopt a DOH multi-step electricity price settlement mode, thereby improving the efficiency and reducing the labour amount. |
