Provided are a semiconductor device and an information processing device which may be manufactured inexpensively and easily, and which are capable of carrying out a computation of an arbitrary interaction model such as an Ising model. The semiconductor device carries out nonlinear computations, and comprises: a memory; a read-out unit which reads data from the memory; a majority circuit which receives an input of a result of a prescribed computation which is carried out on the data which the read-out unit has read out; and a write circuit which receives an input of an output of the majority circuit. A value of a prescribed signal is stochastically inverted in the front stage of the majority circuit. |
