The present invention relates to a negative electrode for a secondary battery, which has Sn metal powder particles and a carbonaceous conductive material together acting as conductive materials, and a secondary battery comprising said negative electrode and having an improved electrical conductivity. The secondary battery comprising said negative electrode can exhibit excellent output performance by having the improved electrical conductivity and a reduced resistance.
