A one-way driving mechanism, a power transmission device and an image forming device are provided. The one-way driving mechanism comprises a support shaft (140), a driving part (110), a transmission part (130) and a driven part (120), wherein the driving part (110), the transmission part (130) and the driven part (120) part are sequentially arranged on the support shaft (140) in sleeve manner. One end of the driving part (110) facing the transmission part (130) is provided with a first driving structure and a first back-off structure. The first driving structure is used for driving the transmission part (130) to move towards the driven part (120) along an axial direction and to be engaged with the driven part (120). The first back-off structure is used for driving the transmission part (130) to move towards the driving part (110) along the axial direction and to be disengaged with the driven part (120). One end of the transmission part (130) facing the driving part (110) is provided with a second driving structure corresponding to the first driving structure and a second back-off structure corresponding to the first back-off structure. No extra reset spring is needed in the one-way driving mechanism, and thus, the service life is prolonged.
