摘要 A rotor spinning method using multi-stage carding comprises cotton feeding, carding, collecting and twisting, yarn delivery, and winding. A multi-stage carding roller is adopted during carding, comprising a first carding roller (1), a second carding roller (2), and a third carding roller (3) arranged in parallel. The rotational speed of the multi-stage carding roller is increased stage by stage, the rotational speed of the first carding roller is 3,000 to 5,000 rpm, the rotational speed of the second carding roller is 6,000 to 10,000 rpm, and the rotational speed of the third carding roller is 12,000 to 20,000 rpm. The density of card wires of the multi-stage carding roller is increased stage by stage, and the work angles of the card wires are decreased stage by stage. On one hand, slivers can be flexibly stripped off and flexibly drawn by using a draw ratio that is increased stage by stage. On the other hand, the total draw ratio of a carding system is increased, such that the carding capacity can match the rotor spinning capacity, the adaptability of rotor spinning can be improved, and the yield of rotor spinning can be further improved. Also disclosed is a rotor spinning apparatus having a three-stage carding roller.
