A building information modeling (BIM)-based modular housing built with thin-wall channel steel comprises foundations, columns, beams, walls, a roof, doors, and windows. The columns and the beams use inward-flanging C-section steel (1) or combined square steel formed by oppositely fitting symmetric inward-flanging C-section steel (1). The columns and the foundations, the columns and the beams, adjacent beams, the columns or the beams and oblique beams, the beams or the oblique beams and the roof, and joints of adjacent supports are connected by using base connectors (N), butting connectors, or cross connectors. According to the technical solution, the inward-flanging C-section steel (1) can be quickly and securely butted, or combined square steel can be quickly and securely butted. The joint is provided with webs (3a, 3b), and can be used as a standard connector due to high strength. A seating hole provided at the inner side of the joint is fitted with inward-flanges of the inward-flanging C-section steel (1) and pressed together, realizing a nesting effect. A positioning groove (5) provided at the outer side of the joint and the inward-flanging C-section steel (1) can be nested together by means of a convex-concave structure, and then pressed and fastened by using a fastening steel strip, realizing effects of fastening and slippage prevention. |
