The linking pathway (30) links the smoking chamber (14) and the smoke generating chamber (16). The cooling fan (32) cools the smoke (S) passing through the linking pathway (30). With this embodiment, desired smoked products can be produced using a sufficient amount of smoke regardless of the smoking temperature.
