Provided is a syringe filter structure. The syringe filter structure comprises a filter part provided between a cylinder and an injection needle and connected with the injection needle to filter an injection solution, which is introduced through the rear side of the cylinder, when discharging the injection solution through the injection needle coupled to the front side of the cylinder, wherein the filter part has a first fluid passage formed on one side thereof through which the injection solution is introduced and a second fluid passage formed on an opposite side thereof through which the injection solution is discharged from the cylinder, wherein the filter part comprises: a first check valve connected with the cylinder and selectively blocking the first fluid passage to introduce the injection solution into the cylinder through the first fluid passage; a second check valve connected with the injection needle and selectively blocking the second fluid passage to discharge the injection solution from the cylinder through the second fluid passage; a filter member provided in the second fluid passage and filtering the injection solution discharged through the first check valve; and a filter body located between the second check valve and the filter member and coupled with the second check valve on the front side thereof and with the first check valve on the rear side thereof to bring the filter member into close contact with the first check valve.
