PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire member supply apparatus and a tire member supply method in which a tire with high uniformity can be manufactured by reducing length variation of a tire member formed in a specified length through cutting a long member for a tire member and manufacturing a tire using the tire member with stable length.SOLUTION: In a tire member supply apparatus 1, a festoon 51 of a long member 4 is formed between a long member supply mechanism 3 for supplying the long member 4 and a transportation mechanism 100 for transporting a tire member, a long member support mechanism 50 is arranged adjacent to the long member supply mechanism 3 and the transportation mechanism 100 respectively, and the long member support mechanism 50 supports the long member 4 when a cutting mechanism 130 cuts the long member 4 into a specified length. |
