PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lengthen a time capable of maintaining a monitoring state with the use of power supply means with a limited electric capacity such as a standby power source.SOLUTION: A shutter curtain 5 is disposed on a periphery of an aperture. A standby power source 40 is recharged with electric power supplied by a commercial power source 9, and supplies electric power for operation to another equipment when supply of electric power from the commercial power source 9 is stopped. An automatic closing device 4 makes the shutter curtain 5 perform a closing operation by receiving supply of electric power from the commercial power source 9 or the standby power source 40. Only when a start button of a manual closing device 8 is operated by a human being or a disaster prevention signal BS with a voltage value of 24[V] is input, with the supply of electric power from the commercial power source 9 stopped like in the case of blackout, a CPU 70 receives the electric power for operation from the standby power source 40 and operates so that the electric power for operation is supplied to the automatic closing device 4 from the standby power source 40. |
