PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graft copolymer suitable as a material of thermoplastic resin composition which has good flowability and can provide a molded article excellent in shock resistance, scratch resistance, and also glossiness and color developing property.SOLUTION: There is provided the graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing a vinyl-based monomer mixture including an aromatic vinyl-based monomer and a vinyl cyanide-based monomer in the presence of a crosslinked olefin resin which has a gel content of 35 to 75 mass% and which is obtained by crosslinking treatment of ethylene α-olefin copolymer having a mass average molecular weight (Mw) of 17×10to 35×10and a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 1 to 3, the weight distribution (Mw/Mn) being represented by a ratio between the mass average molecular weight (Mw) and a number average molecular weight (Mn). |
